THE ADMINISTRATION & BOOKING PROCEDUREAll administration will be dealt with directly by Dan & Co. You will be provided with all
of the necessary forms to complete and return to us. We ask that you read our Terms and Conditions
carefully. As soon as we have received your forms, we will make the necessary arrangements with
yourself and the carer. We will then give you the carer’s details so that you can talk to them
and arrange a visit.
CANCELLATIONWhere notice of cancellation is given more than 14 days prior to commencement of the booking,
there will be an administration fee of £10. Where notice of cancellation is given less than 14
days prior to the commencement date, the full fees for the booking will be payable. Sorry – but
we have to be fair to our carers!

THE COSTThe cost for one dog is £16 per day. We give a 50% discount for second and third dogs. There is an initial membership fee of £10-00
(this is for life membership and will never be repeated!). Fees are payable 7 days in
advance of the commencement of the booking. There will be a late payment surcharge of
£10-00 on every overdue invoice. Any additional costs and fees will be invoiced on your
return. Food and vet’s bills will be charged at cost, though we also have to charge for
travel expenses incurred. Travel by private car is charged at £1-00 per mile. If you
require the carer to collect or return your pet to your home or any other place, please ask us for a quote.
INSURANCEWe must insist that you hold current Pet Insurance for any dog left in our care. The
carer must be shown the certificate of insurance when the dog is delivered into our care.
