COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

We ask that any cause of dissatisfaction be brought to our attention immediately. We can only put right that which we are aware is wrong. All complaints will be investigated as a matter of urgency, and appropriate remedial action will be taken. You will be kept fully informed at all times.

COMMUNICATION POINTS

We are contactable at all times. At times when your local office is unmanned there is an answering machine from which messages are regularly retrieved. For any matter requiring immediate attention we can be reached on a mobile telephone number which you will be given when you join us.

 

FINALLY ..... WHO ARE WE?

Dan & Co. is owned and managed by a local operator in each area. It was started in consequence of a perceived need for a more personal and friendly care system for pets than can be provided by traditional establishments. We wanted our dogs to be cared for in an environment as similar to home as possible while we were away – and what could be better than the home of a dog-lover who is also a member of our club?
